Over the past two years I have learned a lot about many Organizational Leadership core competencies that I believe will be essential to my future success as a project manager. When discussing core competencies in this profile I am these are capabilities that are deemed key to Organization Leadership. In my education at ASU I have learned that understanding and knowing how to utilize these competencies will make be a better leader. These competencies will also help with my personal and professional growth. This e-profile will walk you through some of the competencies I find to be the most important and valuable.
The core competencies I have chosen to cover in this e-profile are project management, communication, diversity and inclusion, conflict management, critical thinking, team dynamics and collaboration, empathy, and organizational understanding. I have been able to put each of these competencies to use in both my professional and personal life. They have helped me to mitigate conflict before it has gotten out of hand and made me realize the importance of differing opinions.
