The Human Resources Frame
In the human resources (HR) frame, we learned that people are the heart of any organization. The HR leader will consider their people’s needs and be supportive of those needs and their personal goals. In the HR frame, communication is key to understanding the people in your organization and making sure you are working on behalf of the workers. According to Bolman and Deal, "the needs of individuals and organizations can be aligned, engaging people's talent and energy while profiting the enterprise" (Bolman & Deal, 2021).

Reflection
The Human Resources frame is all about how you treat the people in your organization. I have always been more of a democratic leader that listens to his subordinates. This type of leadership resonates well with the HR frame since it is about showing the people within your organization that you care about their well-being. In the attached worksheet, I am working to find a way where my employees won’t have to work so many hours and have more time with their families. Of course, you want to consider how everyone feels about doing the extra hours. It is completely possible that some of them could use the extra hours or don’t have a family, so they would rather spend their time at work. The bottom line is that if you care about your employees they are much more likely to work hard and be loyal to the organization.
